Soccer Field: Fall/Spring, Saturday Mornings
We place free water and the NLCC Pathways to Growth bulletin out for people to use. We hope people will take our church tract as a way to introduce our local church body, and what we have to offer them. The bulletin outlines our statement of faith on salvation, the trinity, and the Bible as God’s inspired holy word. It describes Christian worship, fellowship & discipleship, marriage & family support, and other goals of our local body.
Vacation Bible School
Early summer 1 week – Each year 50 to 100 children learn more about life with Jesus Christ as Savior. Worship in the sanctuary, age group Bible lessons, arts and crafts, videos, snack time, and an outdoor play time is built into a program designed to hold every child’s attention. Opportunities to accept Jesus Christ as savior are provided. Contact Mary Lenz to volunteer.

2009 Short Term Missionary India Trip - Pray for Pastor Jim teaching the ministers in November, and his safe return
2010 Short Term Missionary Bolivia Trip – An opportunity for a local volunteer to experience missions in a foreign field helping missionaries we already support by distributing radios to the Quechuan Indians. Date to be announced for sometime in 2010. Some of our Pioneer missionaries are doing distribution trips into the countryside 4 or 5 times a year. We have a project to produce combination solar panel units with the radios, and also the Quechua Bible on an audio chip. It looks like that won’t start till later this year at the earliest, as the ministry in charge of design and production has faced some delays. See Helen Noble or Pastor Jim to volunteer.
2010 Short Term Missionary Kashmir India Trip - Helen Noble is going with Christian Veterinary Missions in late June to work with unreached semi nomadic people.
